Sherry and family;
I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed my talks with your Mom & Dad. They always had such a twinkle in their eye and a smile on their face. I'm happy that they are together again. I'm sure Uncle Clarence was lonely without her by his side.
Your Mom was great. At the time I was going to have my first child - there were issues within my family. Aunt Joy and Uncle Clarence were nice enough to loan me some items that were yours when you were an infant. I was so beside myself that they would do that for me, I cried when they dropped them off.
I will have you in my thoughts and prayers as you go thru the coming months.
Love to you and the family.

Sherry: So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was so gracious, kind, and a real friend over the years. We not only saw each other on a frequent basis when I worked at the Ct. House & Joy worked for Ron; but after we retired, saw her at Frisch's for breakfast on Wednesday's. She will be missed by her Church and the community. Sorry we can't make it to visitation. You have our sympathy. Jim & Dinah Phillipsy

Dear Sherry and famly: It was with regret that we read of the passing of Joy. We had a nice visit with her just before we headed for Florida.She was quite a gal. Over the years she has not only written may legal documents for us but also has been a friend along with your Dad not only at church but in the Emery clan as well.A smile always greeted me and we bantered back and forth.She left you a great legacy and left the rest of us a Christian goal to follow. Thanks for letting her be part of our life. Skip and Kristen

Very sad news to learn of Joy's passing. What a wonderful gal. Always enjoyed hearing her laugh and especially remember the day she called me to her house to give me a shaving mug which had been in her family (her father's, I believe). We spent a couple hours just talking and catching up. I can only imagine the "joy" of reuniting with Clarence on the other side. May God comfort you as you grieve your loss.

Dear Sherry & Family...

We were so sorry to hear of Joy's passing! She was an invaluable friend and helped me with several issues throughout the years, serving in her capacity as Ron's legal secretary. She was also such a good friend to my Aunt, June Estle, who I know will miss her terribly. Her Faith in God never wavered, and I know He is now holding her in His Hands'. With deepest sympathy and prayers for all...
